Travelers using westbound Interstate 90 just west of the Harvard Road/Liberty Lake interchange are encouraged to plan additional travel time to prevent delays.
Crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will be surveying and taking core samples near the Harvard Road/Liberty Lake interchange for the upcoming construction of the Kramer Parkway Undercrossing.
I-90 lane and on-ramp closures
The left lane of westbound I-90 will close from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14. At the same time, the westbound I-90 directional on-ramp from Harvard Road will be closed. The westbound I-90 loop on-ramp from Harvard Road will remain open.
Also happening during this time will be a temporary legal speed limit reduction of 70 mph to 60 mph on I-90 from MP 295.30 to MP 296.75. This is just west of the interchange.
The lane closures are part of the I-90 Barker to Harvard projects which include the construction of the Kramer Parkway undercrossing.
Before heading out the door, travelers can find highway conditions on the WSDOT Travel Alerts page, mobile app and on the Regional Twitter account.
